Noisy Water Heater in Manteca, CA

Customer called because no hot water and water heater making noise. The technician arrived to find main line plugged up and water heater not to code and running out of temperature and pressure relief valve drain. Went over options and she went with the new water heater installed new 40 gallon water heater including all new flu pipe a pan new drip leg new shut off valve new supply lines new gas shut off and supply line ran temperature and pressure relief valve drain to exterior and drain pan drain to exterior.
