*Basic water heater maintenance includes flushing of water heaters, cleaning accessible inlet screens, visual inspections (including removal of anode rod and relief valve when possible), and pricing of any recommended additional maintenance.
De-scaling of tank-less water heaters, anode rod replacement, relief valve replacement, drain valve replacement, material or labor needed to perform needed repairs, or recommended maintenance are available at discounted club rates.

If you are not 100% SATISFIED with the fixture, faucet, or appliance we have provided, Knight’s Plumbing and Drain will accept it back and refund your purchase price or credit the full amount paid towards the purchase price of the fixture of your choice for a period of 90 days. That means you can try out any fixture, faucet ,or appliance “risk free” for 90 days.

We guarantee our “Safety Screened and Certified” Plumbing technicians will arrive freshly uniformed in a truck that is cleaned daily. If you are not 100% satisfied, we will correct whatever issue is at hand to your TOTAL satisfaction, or we will credit you $100.

STANDARD GUARANTEES
DRAIN CLEANING GUARANTEE
We guarantee that your drain will flow for 30 days (excluding abuse, toilet bowls, broken or congested pipes) or we will clear the drain for a second time at no charge to you. If we cannot for any reason guarantee your drain, we will explain why in writing and offer any available solutions.
PIPING AND FIXTURE GUARANTEE
We guarantee that the equipment, fixture and/or piping we have installed in your home will perform as we have stated. If any equipment or fixture fails during normal use for the period of one year, we will either repair or replace the item at no charge to you. For complete re-pipe or sewer main installations, we guarantee our work for a period of five years.
90 DAY REPAIR GUARANTEE
If we repair your existing fixture, equipment, or piping system we guarantee our labor and provided repair parts to be free of defect for a period of 90 days or we will return to your home and rectify the problem at no cost to you.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your club membership, you may cancel at any time. Simply call and we will immediately cease charg ing your credit card, invoicing you, or drafting from your checking/savings account.
MATCHING LABOR GUARANTEE*
With your continuous, ongoing Royalty Club membership, we will back the manufacturer’s warranty on any fixture or equipment purchased from us with a matching labor guarantee for as long as you remain a club member.
DOUBLE OUR STANDARD GUARANTEE
With your continuous, ongoing Royalty Club membership, we will double our standard labor guarantee on drain cleans, repairs, and installs. This means as our valued customer, all standard guarantees are doubled!
Terms for Royalty Club Membership
Royalty club memberships are available to owner occupied residences only. Memberships may be canceled at any time by either party. Memberships can be canceled at any time for non-payment. Royalty rewards are available upon renewal for loyal customers, monthly clubs renew monthly, yearly on annual basis. Memberships may be transferred to a new residence under same ownership in knights Plumbing service area or to new owners at sale. Loyalty rewards are forfeited upon cancelation and have no cash value. Royalty club memberships are not insurance or warranties. Extended royalty club guarantees apply to labor and materials provided my Knights Plumbing and Drain and drain only.
*Our labor Guarantees are intended to match the manufacturers’ parts warranty. See manufacturer warranty for limitations, maintenance requirements and warranty period. Some manufacturer’s may include but are not limited to the following restrictions:
*Consequential damage caused by rust, oxidation, corrosion, water, freezing, fire, lightning, general environmental conditions, insect/rodent infestation, misuse, abuse, negligence, or other acts of God are excluded.
*Customers must maintain the equipment in accordance with the service guarantees requirements set forth by the manufacturer’s warranty to keep the guarantees in place. Evidence of proper service must be submitted in the event of a dispute.
*Royalty Clubs are for owner occupied residences only.
