The Customer called because their water heater was leaking. The current water heater was fairly new however the tank had failed and was leaking from the bottom. The technician provided the customer replacement options including the option to work with the current manufacturer for a warranty replacement. The customer decided to proceed with an installation of a new Rheem water heater.
