2-Way Cleanout Installation in Manteca, CA

Knights Plumbing and Drain responded to a service request in Manteca regarding a stoppage.
Upon arrival, the technician met with the customer and explained that they had first started hearing gurgling from the toilet; not long after, the lines began backing up in the bathtubs and sinks.
This type of stoppage is commonly known as a mainline backup. It occurs when the main sewer line draining your home becomes blocked and can't drain properly, allowing sewage to return to your home.
After explaining the issue to the customer, the technician noticed no cleanout on the property. A cleanout is a plumbing access point that allows plumbers to unclog drains and inspect the main sewer line without dismantling the plumbing system.
Our technician provided quotes to clear the line and install a 2-way cleanout to access the sewer easily in the future. The customer decided to proceed with both, and the plumber began repairs.
He excavated on the back right side of the house and installed a 4" two-way cleanout up to 3' deep.
Before departure, the technician ran the line to ensure the blockage was clear.
This customer appreciated that the plumber was very detailed, explained the process to her step by step, and informed us she would recommend us to friends and family!
