As always (we live in an old house) Knights Plumbing are our go to plumbers. Always respectful and in good moods. Today it was Victor’s turn to tackle roots in the pipes. Fast, professional and overall a great guy. He was informative without being pushy about our pipe and tree situation (we do know it’s not great)

I would recommend this company to anyone who’s looking for plumbing services.. Leslie took our phone call and he got someone to us in less than an hour! It wasn’t expensive for the amount of work that was done .If I could give this company more stars, I would.

Water and Water Heater Solutions in Modesto

Common Water Heater Problems in Modesto

With Modesto’s hard water and high household demand, water heater issues are common. Here are the problems we fix most often:
  • Sediment buildup that reduces efficiency and heating speed.
  • Leaks or rust in aging tanks and connections.
  • Inconsistent water temperature or running out too quickly.
  • High energy bills from older or inefficient systems.
Prevention Tip: Schedule annual maintenance and pair your system with a softener or filtration system to protect against mineral damage.

Why Clean Water Matters for Modesto Properties

Modesto’s water supply can be tough on plumbing and water heaters. Installing a whole-property water filtration system helps you:
  • Remove harmful minerals and impurities.
  • Extend your water heater’s life by reducing scale buildup.
  • Improve water taste, clarity, and safety.
  • Reduce corrosion and maintenance costs.

Protect Your Plumbing with Softer Water in Modesto

Hard water can cause serious plumbing problems in Modesto properties. Installing a water softener helps:
  • Prevent scale accumulation in heaters and pipes.
  • Maintain water pressure and reduce strain on your plumbing system.
  • Keep fixtures, sinks, and glassware spotless.
  • Extend the lifespan of your heater and appliances.

💡 Pairing a water softener with a new water heater installation helps you maximize performance and minimize maintenance.
