As always (we live in an old house) Knights Plumbing are our go to plumbers. Always respectful and in good moods. Today it was Victor’s turn to tackle roots in the pipes. Fast, professional and overall a great guy. He was informative without being pushy about our pipe and tree situation (we do know it’s not great)

Our technician Victor did a fantastic job of running his cable and camera in our sewer line. He unclogged our blockage, fast and efficiently. He was very respectful. I would recommend this company to anyone who’s looking for plumbing services.. Leslie took our phone call and he got someone to us in less than an hour! It wasn’t expensive for the amount of work that was done .If I could give this company more stars, I would.

Water and Water Heater Solutions in Lodi

Common Water Heater Problems in Lodi

With its mix of older neighborhoods and new developments, Lodi properties often face water heater challenges like:
  • Sediment buildup reduces efficiency and heating speed.
  • Rusty or discolored water from aging systems.
  • Fluctuating water temperatures or reduced pressure.
  • Higher energy bills caused by outdated or inefficient heaters.

Prevention Tip: Regular flushing, maintenance, and installing a water softener can help prevent these common issues.

Why Clean Water Matters for Lodi Properties

Hard water in Lodi can affect more than taste — it also impacts plumbing and appliances. A whole-property water filtration system offers:
  • Cleaner, healthier water for cooking, drinking, and cleaning.
  • Protection for your plumbing and water heater from mineral deposits.
  • Longer appliance lifespan and fewer costly repairs.
  • Improved water quality for residents and customers alike.

The Benefits of Soft Water for Lodi Property Owners

Installing a water softener system is one of the best investments for your Lodi property. It helps by:
  • Preventing mineral scale in water heaters and pipes.
  • Reducing stains and buildup on sinks, fixtures, and glassware.
  • Maintaining consistent water flow and pressure.
  • Extending the life of your water heater, dishwasher, and laundry appliances.

💡 Combining a softener with a new water heater installation ensures maximum performance and savings.
