Knights Plumbing and Drian responded to a service request regarding a water heater not producing hot water in Stockton, CA.
Upon arrival, the Plumber met with the customer to discuss the water heater’s issues and history. The customer explained that the unit was from 2007 and had never been maintained or serviced—that’s 16 years! After reviewing options, the customer was ready to install the new unit as it had failed internally and could not be repaired.
